Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital access, explained honestly.

Last updated: June 16, 2026

IELTS Lite sells access to digital content and AI-powered evaluation. Because each evaluation consumes real computational resources the moment it runs, our refund rules reflect the digital, non-returnable nature of what we provide. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Payments and activation

Payments are made in Nepalese Rupees through our supported payment methods. Some payments are confirmed automatically; manually submitted payment confirmations are reviewed by our team and may take up to 24 hours to verify before access is activated.

2. When refunds are not available

Once your access has been activated and you have started using paid features — for example, by running a mock test or an AI evaluation — that purchase is generally non-refundable, because the digital service has been delivered and consumed.

3. When we will make it right

We will review your case and, where appropriate, repair, re-credit, or refund if:

  • you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • a verified technical fault on our side prevented you from using the access you paid for, and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time; or
  • you paid but your access was never activated.

In genuine fault cases we will normally restore the affected access first; a refund is provided where restoration is not practical.

4. Cancellation

You can stop using the Platform or choose not to renew at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund access that has already been activated and used. Access granted to you through an institution is governed by that institution's arrangement with us.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@ieltslite.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email, the transaction reference, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Nothing in this Policy limits any right you may have under applicable Nepali consumer law.
